Our Technology

Bell Total Logistics Pty Ltd utilises the latest technology in electronic initiatives. Our software system was specifically created and continually updated for the Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage industries. It provides a total operational, management and communication system, including all EDI components.

The system offers integrated modules for Freight, Customs, Accounts, Order Tracking, and Landed Costing as well as Customs Interactive Interface, Export Documents, Cargo Automation, Forwarder & Depot, Transport. Remote Client Access (see quick links on this site), Office Management – including Internet, Email, and Document Retention.

This technology enables prompt communication with the Australian Customs Service, Australian Quarantine Service and other industry related bodies.

Bell Total Logistics are committed to the utilisation of electronic technology to facilitate information transfer worldwide in a timely manner. Our Systems Administrator is continuously working on improvements such as greater use of XML file transfers and data integration.  Our secure Internet based order-tracking system can provide visibility of the complete supply chain process. From the purchase order stage, through to delivery at destination.
