Bell Total Logistics utilises the latest technology in electronic initiatives. Our in-house system was specifically created and continually updated for the Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage industries. It provides a total operational, management and communication system, including all EDI components.

The system offers integrated modules for Freight, Customs, Accounts, Order Tracking, and Landed Costings as well as, Customs Interactive Interface, Export Documents, Cargo Automation, Forwarder & Depot, Transport, Remote Client Access, Office Management – including Internet, Email, High Speed Scanning.

This technology enables prompt communication with the Australian Customs Service, Australian Quarantine Inspection Service and other industry related bodies.

Bell Total Logistics are committed to the utilisation of electronic technology to facilitate information transfer worldwide in a timely manner. Our Systems Administrator is currently working on improvements, such as, greater use of flat file, XML file transfer, improved wireless operations, barcode scanning, etc. Our secure Internet based order-tracking system, can provide visibility to the complete supply chain.
